Had planned with Dr. Nik Sherina to meet at Chester last Saturday few days earlier.

She travel from Manchester and I took a train from Liverpool to Chester. It took about 40 minutes to reach Chester

It was raining in Chester.

Interesting place. Beautiful building

They was a parade when we reached Chester. 'Lord Mayor's Parade'

The usual scene at any parade.

Not sure which one is the Mayor. "Suppose this is the one"

The celebration continue.......

Then we took to Cheshire Oak, which is a huge area for shopping.

Had our lunch before, the shopping spree begin.

Had Potato with onion and cheese. "Alamak tak kenyang lahhhh... "

Went back to Chester and spent the rest of the day in Chester.

We tried to find a place for afternoon tea with scone, but it was 5 pm most of the restaurant already closed.

(Chester Cathedral)

Well, we just enjoying our time at Chester.

The garden of Chester Cathedral.

I really had a great time that day. Thanks to Nik

EIS, Manchester

I went to English Institute of Sports with Claire Stapleton a physiotherapist who is currently doing her PhD. So coincidence she's going to meet her subjects for her study and I was invited to join her. The technique which she is using in her study is what i am going to use when I get back to Melbourne.

Spent the whole day at EIS, at the same time I have the opportunity to look at their sports medicine center set-up. Really impressive.
