There are few number of new gadget at her place I have not seen before and this is one of it, Lean Mean Fat Grilling Machine. :-) 
Good intention, try to implement healthy eating. :-). We had a BBQ with this new technology, with lean meat and no oil used. Huzaizi prepared the Beef and Chicken BBQ.
I am actually not feeling well for the one whole week. I have to go to Austin to see all my patients who participated in my study. I have to see them and monitored their progress since I have not seen them for the last 2 weeks. Everyday I came early and went back home early after I finish my work. 
Today we celebrated Gregory birthday, whom participated in my research study. His now 56 years old and his doing very well with his exercise training program. 
I woke up quite late, when Tafir called me early in the morning. He invited me to come for a lunch BBQ. Arrived at 1 pm. They just started. It is part of farewell celebration for Tafir and his wife.
His going back for good to Malaysia on 19th February. He already completed his PhD and had submitted his final thesis. Wish him best of luck. 
Bought this perfume on my way out at duty free shop, Melbourne Airport. It was AUD 79 (RM 198) for 100ml. Good bargain, it will cost you AUD 110 at Myers or David Jones. The price even much cheaper compared to KLIA / Malaysian Airlines duty free which is RM 240. 
Times really flies. It already been two weeks, well time to go back to Melbourne. Took morning flight at 9.55 am (12.55 pm Melbourne time) and reached home by 10.00 pm. Was really exhausted. 
I had arranged a dinner with my siblings and my auntie here at this restaurant. 
Really enjoyed the food very much. May be because I have been to Bandung Indonesia and tried their foods so I have no problem with it. Most of the dishes in the restaurant I had tried before when I was in Bandung. 
This is something different, bean curd mixed with minced meat.

I always come here to jog, either early morning or late afternoon when I am in Johor Bahru.
It has a nice jogging trail and places for relaxation. The garden over looking the Strait of Johor and you can see Singapore clearly.
It is also located just besides Johor state Zoo. Even you could see some of the animals from a distance while jogging along the jogging trail.

Night time is the most happening place. Lot's of restaurant and food stalls and entertainment for family.

We met at about 6.00 pm. Shaza came with her future fiance and Siew Leng came with her boyfriend. Both of them are my best student in academic and also my best sport aerobic student. They got few podium place in some of National Aerobic competition.
At the moment they stop training waiting for me to come back. Hmmmm...

I am not sure how many I have bought. Since medical school till now I think, I have bought more than 10. It either I lost it/missed placed or somebody borrowed and never return back to me. I really need it badly, the best stethoscope so far compared to other brand.
Missed my own office room very much. I have new computer. :-) and my room was really clean. Thanks to Kak Ram.

2nd of February flying back to Kuala Lumpur. I am having my short break for two weeks. I have few important things to do. I can't take a long holiday coz nobody will look after my research patients. At the moment few students will look after them in relation to their exercise training but other than that they will call me and let me know for further instruction.
