Rising above the Mornington Peninsula, Arthur's Seat is the most familiar of all Port Phillip Bay landscape features. It's 305 m summit, reached by road, chairlift or foot, gives spectacular views of the bay and Port Phillip Heads. A resemblance - name was given seems to be a resemblance with Arthur's Seat hill in Edinburgh.

The abandon Chairlift. Before it was the central attraction at the National Park at Arthur's Seat and offers a 20-minute journey to the summit.
