Had a nice gift from my patients on Wednesday. Paul a Greek man, brought me a big jar contain of 3 litres of Honey. A supply for months which I am not sure how long it will take me to finish it all. Then another patient, Elia a Lebanese brought me home made sesame biscuits made by his wife. I immediately taste it, yummy nice. He said they modified the recipe from the original recipe, which they cut down the usage of butter to half, no eggs and less sugar. Still taste nice, I like it.
