I decided to bring Cinnamon Rolls for Ramadan gathering at Adel's house yesterday. I took me more than two hours to get it done. From kneading the Dough and until it ready to serve. I didn't make the icing tough because it will be too sweet. The rolls itself is already sweet by adding the icing it will be too much (I did modified slightly from the original recipe) . Smells nice and yummy. Jo told me she got a Cinnamon Rolls recipe without using any sugar. Hope Jo wouldn't mind to give me the recipe, ;-)
