Bendigo - Historical and Diversity

My second visit in Bendigo. This time had the opportunity to spend more time in the town area. Weather was great that day. Bendigo as a reminder of the rich history built from one of the world’s most exciting gold rushes. More gold was found here between 1850 and 1900 than anywhere else in the world.
The city is literally built on gold, gathered from the rich gold-bearing quartz reefs. Not really interested to see the gold mine area since I had seen it in Ballard. Bendigo full with impressive Victorian buildings line the wide streets.
Difficult to get halal food here, finally bought take away food from a Turkish restaurant (there are two Turkish restaurant in Bendigo) and had lunch at Bendigo's Rosalind Park. Nice, pleasant, quiet park.

The park had conservatory with Ros garden surrounding it.

Located in the middle of Bendigo Town.
