Finally,I made deep fried Ice cream. Sounds crazy frying Ice cream in hot boiling oil, but it's not. I was worried initially if it going to burst if the coating didn't covered the ice cream very well. I have to make sure the ice cream well covered with the crumbs (you can use bread/ biscuits crumbs. I used Marie biscuits then crushed it into crumbs) and make sure the oil boiling hot. Fried it for few seconds.
