Been updating myself until now. Woke up early as usual after my regular morning routine immediately watch the news to find out if the level had gone up. The Brisbane CBD had submerged but the water level didn't hit 5.45 meter which been predicted as when it had happen in 1974. It was 4.45 meter peak at 4 am this morning and now the water started to recede. Gosh looking at the city now and comparing it to when I was there in 2008, how horrified the view is. Definitely a lot of damage has been done.
