Pay a visit at Sam's house on Saturday as promised. I want to see how he is and how he manage with the exercise at home. He has reasonable good exercise equipment. As usual pick me up at the station. Taught him a little more in detail how to use the equipment and supervised him doing his routine exercise. His coping well, only sometime his wife said he gave so much excuses. :-)
