Had lunch invitation at Sam's house (One of my patients) on Saturday. As planned there was a demonstration on how to make gnocchi. Had fresh gnocchi with homemade tomato sauce and lot and lot of Parmesan cheese. :-)
Then his wife brought out freshly cooked, prawn garlic and calamari with vegetable. I was so so full after that. But the event of the day was making gnocchi. Now I can make my own gnocchi too. I will do it soon. Thanks Sam.......
