Tapioca / Cassava / Ubi Kayu / Singkong
Called which ever you like. I found fresh tapioca recently. So excited. I cut it into thin slices and fried it, made a chips (kerepek ubi) out of it.
Pineapple / Nenas
I bought a pineapple too, and cook with some of the curry.
